  for a P/Q Accountant who has done some support, or has a strong interest in IT, or an insurance background again with some support skill.

Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to become a specialist support person with this global software company, you
will be provided with excellent training and superb development for your own personal growth. The role will be
challenging, varied and interesting and although you will hold a specialist role you will be part of a stimulating R&D
team made up of Developers and other support members. Your role will be to provide third line support to one of their
biggest customers and you will be responsible for supporting all issues concerning there products, in terms of answering
functional queries, relating to the application and operating systems. You will also acquire knowledge of development
methodologies and standards for use in problem solving and will oversee Beta test programs of non-commercially released
software as required.You will also work with product marketing to aid the product release process and identify and report
areas for improvement in both software and documentation.For this role you can have experience of any of the following a
P/Q Accountant, who has done some support, or has a strong interest in IT.An insurance background again with some support
skills.Or maybe you have implemented or supported an accountancy system.Excellent benefits to include bonus, pension,
