Support Consultant (2nd line) - FTSE100 Company


My client, a FTSE100 company have the requirement for a Support Consultant due to continued UK wide expansion. This organisation are a major supplier of software for the Financial Services Industry, working with some of the world's most well known names.

As a support consultant you will play an active role in not just support services, but provision of training and implementation also. You will be responsible for installing and upgrading client software, resolution and investigation of issues and queries, database errors,corrupt files, server/client faults, producing client facing documentation and advice, tracking of faults and prioritisation of workload.

Candidates for this role you will be required to come from a support background with knowledge of databases, networking, thin client technology etc.
