Do you have 18 months or more’s experience of working on a helpdesk, and want to join a global software company where you
will receive excellent training and development + the opportunity to work with the latest technology, you will need to
have good experience of SQL or Oracle and also either some UNIX or NT.Your role will be challenging and demanding as you
will be looking after their clients from the EMEA and Americas region, and you will be dealing with all types of 1st and
2nd line support calls, there is great potential for promotion in this role into either Consultancy, Project Management,
Team Leading or more technical positions. The hours are 9-5 but one in every four weeks will need to do a late shift
2-10pm. Excellent big company benefits.
