  A flexible person with reception experience required.

Must have a excellent telephone manner and Public greeting skills. All applicants of all ages welcome to apply.

Duties will include answering inbound calls of a delicate nature, problem solving, answering queries & general customer service, dealing with face to face customers and general administration.

Wage is £5.50-£6.00 Monday to Friday, Saturday £6.00-£7.00 & Sunday £7.00-£8.00 per hour.

You must be flexible & be willing to work various shift on various days and nights Monday to Sunday.

You must be used to working at nights and possess a CRB document.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK SOME TWILIGHT SHIFT INCLUDING 12AM MIDNIGHT TO 9AM.

Own transport not essential as the place of work would be near in Leicester City centre.
