A national company requires an experienced Human Resources Manager to work in the Milton Keynes area. The person will be required to travel at 2-3 days per week to the Birmingham and Warrington sites and possibly stay over night. The duties are as follows - Oversea and participate in the recruitment activity across sites to ensure timely provision of staff to enable the achievement of operational objectives, to act as an advisory capacity to line management on all legal aspects of employment law
