A large Telecommunications company is looking for a Service Desk Operator to join its branch in Chorley. Role/ Responsibilities - open new Remedy ticket for each new part request(s) - search for, and select the nearest available part for delivery to the customer requirement (Logistics database will determine nearest part) - communicate the delivery ETA to the customer - monitor that the part has commenced its drive from the forward stock location in order to meet the delivery ETA - manage cust
