Our Public Sector Client is urgently looking for a Helpdesk 1st line Support Engineer. You will be supporting users on mainly Microsoft products. You will undertake desktop support, helping to identify trends take and resolve escalations and resolve within SLA.You will need exp perience in technical customer support desk experience; Support Microsoft office products (office, Active Directory, Exchange); Administer Windows 2003 AD Network; Install and troubleshoot software
