Description :

To prepare and evaluate tenders for demolition works, and to undertake site visits. Experience of working with CDM regulations. To undertake site visits, and act as planning supervisor To give instruction as appropriate, and to answer site queries. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Health & Safety Should have attended a recognised construction health and safety course in the last 5 years.
