Problem Manager - ITIL Permanent Crewe c£35k An international outsourcing organsisation based in Crewe is seeking a Problem Manager to work on a high profile government contract. You will work closely with the support teams and Managers in condusting root cause Analysis. As well as this you will be involved in the workshops on new procedures and processes. The Problem Manager we are seeking will ideally be ITIL Practioner ceritifcated and have a solid understanding of the ITIL framework.
