Our customer a managed services company is looking for an analyst to join to join our existing 24/7 Service Management team based in Chelmsford. The role will be the proactive monitoring and management of our customers Servers and Networks Worldwide. The successful candidate will be dynamic, proactive, able to work as part of the team or alone. Capable of communicating faults and resolution information to customers, peers and senior management.
